Country Wedding Favor Ideas For A Fall Wedding

• Caramel Apples
Caramel apples are great wedding favors, especially for a rustic fall wedding. The only problem with this is that they can get expensive fast! I would suggest making your own caramels. You can wrap them individually in waxed paper. Just find an easy recipe. Caramel apples can be made ahead of time and stored in a freezer, but not longer than a month.
• Fall-Shaped Cookies or Cookie-Cutters

Are you the type of bride that loves to bake? Consider giving away cookie cutters in the shape of an apple, maple leaf or pumpkin. Include a recipe card that shows how to make sugar cookies.

Another idea is to bake fall shaped sugar cookies, and color your dough with the colors of your wedding. You can get bags at craft stores or party stores that have a twist tie top, place some pretty tissue paper in the bottom, add some cookies and tie with a ribbon.

Little seed packets or tiny flower pots are great wedding favors during the summer season. If you are in a budget, you can buy "peat pots" from Lowe's or Home Depot, fill each with a bag of potting soil and tiny bag of seed. Wrap each pot in tulle (use your wedding color)and tie with ribbons and gift tag identifying what type of seeds were inside. If you have more money, use mini ceramic pots to make it look nicer.
